The Abbey School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Student Support Assistant to join the Attendance & Pastoral, to start with immediate effect.

We’re looking for a caring and dedicated Student Support Assistant to help pupils thrive both academically and emotionally. You’ll work closely with students and staff to provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support, contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment.

This is a part-time, term-time only, permanent role, paid on the Kent Scheme Pay Scale grade KSC (FTE £25,252 – actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £8,694.68 per annum).

The working pattern will consist of 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day.
