The Outdoor Education Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging educational experiences in outdoor environments. The role focuses on developing students’ physical skills, environmental awareness, teamwork, resilience, and confidence through hands-on learning activities such as hiking, camping, orienteering, and environmental studies. Effectively implement tracking and assessment processes to monitor, report and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and its impact on pupil progress.
