About this Role
We are seeking to appoint a Behaviour and Intervention Lead to join our team at Enrich Academy.
Working closely with colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing a number of holistic one to one or small group intervention programmes for learners with complex SEMH needs. You will help them achieve their full potential and support the process of transitioning pupils back into mainstream or specialist education. You will also support with day-to-day behaviour management within the setting.
