About the Role

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils' learning 1:1 or in small groups

  • Help prepare lessons and manage the classroom environment

  • Work with pupils with SEND, guided by the class teacher

  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and personal development

  • Build meaningful connections with children, grounded in care and respect

  • Be a part of a team that actively listens, reflects, and grows together
