As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils' learning 1:1 or in small groups
Help prepare lessons and manage the classroom environment
Work with pupils with SEND, guided by the class teacher
Support pupils' social, emotional, and personal development
Build meaningful connections with children, grounded in care and respect
Be a part of a team that actively listens, reflects, and grows together
