About this Role

Our Lady of the Magnificat MAC are looking to recruit a Cleaner. This role will be based at St Marie's Catholic Primary School. This is a part-time position, working 10 hours per week, term time only plus 10 days (40 weeks per year).

The successful candidate will:

  • Be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of our school.

  • Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and the welfare of pupils.
  • Be able to operate equipment and use materials effectively.
  • Understand and follow procedures, work to straightforward instructions, and read labels accurately.
  • Be capable of understanding and operating within regulations.
  • Be able to identify straightforward solutions to simple problems, such as improving working methods or rearranging cleaning schedules.
  • Be able to exchange straightforward information with colleagues and users.
