We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual
to join our friendly and supportive team as an EHCP Administrator / Co‑ordinator.
This is a varied role combining specialist responsibility for EHCP coordination
with wider administrative duties as part of the school’s shared services team.
About the role
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the
effective coordination of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) across the
school.
Working alongside a senior EHCP Co‑ordinator, you will be
responsible for a designated cohort of pupils ensuring all documentation is
accurate, up to date, and completed within statutory deadlines. You will liaise
with staff, parents/carers, and external professionals to support the annual
review process and wider SEND administration.
As part of the shared services and wider administration
team, you will also undertake general administrative and reception duties
during quieter periods, supporting wider school and company needs.

We are looking for an experienced and highly
organised administrator with strong attention to detail and excellent
communication skills.
You will be confident managing a varied workload, working to
deadlines, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also
have a genuine interest in supporting children and young people with SEND.
Experience within an education setting or familiarity with
EHCP processes would be desirable, but not essential - training will be
provided for the right candidate.
Starting salary (37 hours per week, term time+2 weeks –
41 weeks) is £26,436 per annum. This is a full time, term-time permanent
position. 08:00–16:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00–15:30 Friday.
