We are seeking an experienced and proactive Learning and Development Lead to help shape how we support and develop our staff.

You will play a key role in ensuring that every member of staff feels supported, valued and equipped to succeed. In this role, you will:

§  Work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across Coombe House to identify development needs.

§  Design and deliver impactful learning programmes that make a genuine difference.

§  Strengthen induction and onboarding experiences to support long-term success.

§  Champion a culture where learning, reflection and growth are part of everyday practice.

§  Bring strong experience in Learning and Development or Organisational Development.

§  Be confident working with senior leaders and building trusted relationships.

Salary for 30 hours per week, is £27,323 per annum / £33,699 (FTE). This is a part time, all year-round role on an 8-month fixed term contract.  

About Coombe House:

Coombe House is located just outside Shaftesbury and set in 55 acres of beautiful countryside. Coombe House School supports children and young people with social communication, emotional and learning needs, all of whom have an EHCP.
