About this Role
1 to 1 Higher Level Teaching
Assistant
· Fixed Term Contract linked to the high
needs funding for a named pupil in EYFS, until the pupil leaves the school or
the funding ceases (whichever is sooner).
32.5 hours per week, Term Time
Only (plus INSETs)
NJC Pay Scale 23, starting
salary £26,450.75

- To
provide high quality support for a high needs pupil in EYFS, working under
the direction of the class teacher and SENDCo to deliver the graduated
approach, implement targets, and enable access to learning, personal
development and personal care.
- To
provide consistency within learning spaces and routines.
- To
work with teachers to provide activities based on individual's sensory
preferences, ensuring engagement in learning
- Parental
Collaboration: Share updates with individual’s parents to ensure home and
school approaches are aligned.
- To
model and uphold our school ethos and the Trust’s HEART values in daily
practice.
