Key Responsibilities:

You will support the Faculty Lead in driving
improvements, encouraging curriculum excellence, raising outcomes and
developing a high-performing team.
- Lead, inspire and line manage middle leaders and
teaching staff across the faculty
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of targeted
intervention strategies, particularly at Key Stage 4.
- Align subject intent and provision with the school
vision: We Cooperate, We Pioneer, We Belong
- Coach and develop colleagues to enhance teaching
and learning practice
- Teach across KS3 and KS4, modelling high quality
teaching.
- Contribute to whole-school improvement, enrichment
and leadership initiatives
- Play an active role in the wider life of the school
community

- Qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with English
speciality
- Outstanding classroom practitioner with a
track record of strong GCSE results
- Strong understanding of curriculum
design, implementation and impact
- Skilled in using assessment and data to
inform improvement strategies
- Committed to inclusion, high expectations
and removing barriers to success
- Excellent communication, teamwork and
organisational skills
- Eager to contribute to the wider life and
values of the school
