About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and further develop the Modern Foreign Languages department at Kingsway Park High School, driving a culture of high expectations, strong outcomes and a genuine love of languages across the school community.

Students study either French or Spanish, with increasing curriculum time across Key Stage 3 and strong progression pathways into Key Stage 4 and beyond. As part of the wider Altus Education Partnership, the department benefits from close links with Rochdale Sixth Form College and support from the Trust Languages Co-ordinator.

Kingsway Park High School is a richly diverse and multilingual community, with over 25 spoken languages represented across the school. We are proud to celebrate this diversity and support many students to achieve qualifications in their home languages alongside their mainstream studies.
