About this Role

  • Carry out teaching responsibilities in line with the professional duties of a teacher, modelling consistently high-quality classroom practice.
  • Design and develop high-quality teaching resources and exemplification materials to support early career practice
  • Ensure all statutory requirements of induction for early career teachers are fulfilled
  • Plan and deliver a structured programme of professional development aligned to the Early Career Framework (ECF) and Initial Teacher Training (ITT) requirements
  • Demonstrate exemplary teaching and professional practice to support the development of Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and trainee teacher
  • Contribute to whole-school improvement, enrichment and leadership initiatives
  • Play an active role in the wider life of the school community

  • Qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS)
  • Experience leading or developing others and improving teaching and learning

  • Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills
  • Eager to contribute to the wider life and values of the school
