Green Meadows Academy is a fantastic place to work. We are a proud part of the Wellspring Academy Trust, with two lovely campuses based in Guiseley.

Our school is a safe, happy space for some of the most inspiring children and teenagers in Leeds. Our pupils have a range of learning difficulties and special educational needs, and many have complex medical needs too. Our kids are absolutely brilliant, and they teach us something new every single day! We are growing, making this a really exciting time to join our team.

Find the Right Role for You

• Teaching Assistant (Permanent or Casual): You will be a vital helping hand in the classroom. You'll assist our students with their daily learning, fun activities, and personal or medical care. It's all about being a steady, reassuring presence, keeping things positive, and helping our pupils celebrate their own personal milestones.

• Advanced Teaching Assistant (ATA): Ready for a bit more responsibility? In this role, you will be attached to a specific class, working alongside the teacher. You will help plan activities, lead small group learning sessions, and even teach basic life skills or subjects like PSHE. You will be a brilliant role model, help mentor students when they are having a tough day, and step in to look after the class if the teacher is away.

• We would also love to hear from people interested in joining our catering, cleaning, and estates teams who want to help keep our school running smoothly and looking great.
