We are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced senior leader with a strong moral purpose and a clear commitment to securing Excellence for all. This is a strategic leadership role for an individual with deep expertise in inclusion, safeguarding, attendance and behaviour.  You will have a strong understanding of how these areas underpin pupil safety, wellbeing, engagement and achievement. The successful candidate will provide clear oversight and quality assurance of whole school systems, ensuring they are coherent, preventative and consistently implemented, while enabling operational leaders to deliver high quality day to day practice. Working in close partnership with the Principal and senior colleagues, particularly within the Quality of Education remit, the Vice Principal will ensure that high quality teaching, effective curriculum access and appropriate adaptation meet the needs of pupils with special educational needs and those who are vulnerable or disadvantaged. This role requires a calm, resilient and principled leader who can lead decisively in complex situations, build trust across the school community and with external agencies, and confidently articulate the impact of inclusion, safeguarding and culture, while championing high expectations, equity and opportunity for every pupil.

If you share our ambition, we would love to hear from you.  Join us on our journey to deliver exceptional education and achieve our vision of ‘Excellence for All’.
