About you

You will be able to demonstrate how you can inspire others to have high expectations of themselves and their achievements. We place great value on the importance of building effective relationships; therefore, you should be able to demonstrate how you would do so with pupils, parents, and colleagues. You will be able to work in partnership with your colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for all of our pupils and have the drive and enthusiasm to become an outstanding teaching assistant.  Most importantly, you will be committed to and demonstrate how you would provide support to create a safe and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported to achieve and flourish.
