  Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and comprises of 13 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary School across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.

The Board of Governors of St Anne's Catholic Primary School, with support of Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company are now seeking to appoint to the role of Teaching & Learning Support Assistant/Inclusion Support to join our proud and successful school.

We are looking for someone who:

·         Holds a current NVQ Level 3 Teaching & Learning Assistant qualification linked to the Early Years Framework

• be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school
• be flexible and creative and have the commitment to provide first class care to children and adults
• be organised and able to work under own initiative
• be a reflective and flexible practitioner
• bring vision, innovation and enthusiasm to the role
• be able to relate well to all stakeholders in being sympathetic to their needs
• work effectively with our staff team at St. Anne's Catholic Primary School
• has experience of working with children with significant difficulties
• has a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.

The successful candidate may also be required to

• support a child with physical needs
• support a child to access the curriculum
• conduct 1:1 and small group interventions
• carry out all other tasks related to the role (please see job description)
