Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and currently comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary Schools across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.


Our Lady’s is a hidden primary school gem providing strong Catholic faith-based education in the heart of a diverse community. Visitors are always impressed with the excellent behaviour of our children who in later years are proud to have been part of Our Lady’s family. The school provides good academic standards and exceptional pastoral care by a dedicated staff. Pupils receive a sound educational grounding to prepare them for their future. 

The Role:

As our Site Manager, you will play a key role in the daily running of the school by:

  • Overseeing the security, safety and cleanliness of the school site
  • Managing and monitoring maintenance, repairs and minor works
  • Carrying out Health & Safety checks, risk assessments and compliance tasks
  • Ensuring the effective operation of heating, alarms and building systems
  • Supervising cleaners and monitoring contractor work
  • Keeping the school grounds and buildings clean, safe and presentable
  • Supporting school events, lettings and emergency callouts when required
  • Part Time - 30 hours a week - Split shift role preferred - 7am-10am / 3pm - 6pm

This role requires someone proactive, trustworthy, with excellent organisational skills and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards.
