About this Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant who has the experience and capability to support the learning of pupils within the classroom and on a 121 basis working with children with special educational needs. The role will also include working with Teachers and external professionals to plan and deliver programmes designed to support individual needs.

The role is a fixed term role until 23rd July 2025 initially, but this will be reviewed in the summer term once we understand requirements for the following academic year.  

The hours of this role will be 5.5 hours per day - 9am - 3pm with half an hour lunch.  Working days will be Monday to Friday.  The salary will be Bucks Pay 1b, with an actual salary of £14700 to £15285 per annum depending on experience.
