Serenity School Eltham is looking for a passionate and dedicated Semi Formal - Lead to join our inclusive and therapeutic learning community.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Teacher of our Semi-Formal Pathway to join our successful SEND school in Eltham. Classrooms are calm, purposeful and joyful places where teachers know pupils deeply and adapt teaching so that everyone can access the curriculum.”
This role offers the chance to build on this strong foundation and further develop our semi-formal provision.
The successful candidate will have experience of teaching pupils with ASD and be confident working across the 5–16 age range. They will be a strong classroom practitioner with experience of, or a secure understanding of, vocational learning, and will be skilled in supporting and developing others.
This role combines teaching and leadership, with approximately half of the week dedicated to classroom practice and the remainder to leading the pathway, driving high-quality provision and ensuring strong outcomes for all pupils.
