FTE Salary Range: NJC Grade E Pt 15 - 20; £30,024 - £32,597
Actual Salary Range: £23,469 - £25,480 Pro Rata
Contract Type: Permanent, term time only (39 weeks per year)
Contract Hours: 32.5 per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role
Millbay Academy are looking to appoint a confident, supportive and
committed Cover supervisor to be part of our Secondary team and who will play an integral role in maintaining high standards of teaching and
learning by supervising whole classes during short term teacher absence.
About The Successful candidate
The role requires a
commitment to ensuring continuity of Education, classroom engagement and a
positive learning environment, with the flexibility to work in different
subject departments within the school. Key skills in communication and IT are essential as well as maintaining a calm and purposeful environment in line with school behaviour policies.
