Ormiston Queensmill Academy is currently seeking an exceptional Payroll Officer to join our highly skilled and dedicated team. 

As a Payroll Officer, you will manage all aspects of payroll processing. You will be based in both Ormiston Queensmill and Ormiston Kensington Academy, as well as providing supporting to our satellite units (Sullivan, Fulham Cross and Fulham Academy).

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Experience processing monthly payroll for employees, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses and deductions
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations 
  • Experience in data entry and maintenance 
  • Experience in assisting with internal and external audits 
  • Knowledge of pension

OQMA is a well-established special school dedicated to teaching children and young people with autism and specific learning difficulties.
