Work where it matters most, achieve what matters
more.
Be part of a team where passion meets purpose, as we work
together where the challenge is greatest to change the lives and build the
futures of children and young people.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of something new,
helping to build a model of outstanding practice that supports both pupils and
staff across the academy.
As a Growth Team Practitioner, you will work across the
academy to strengthen staff practice, by implementing and supporting targeted
interventions. You will support pupils’ emotional regulation, communication,
engagement, and access to their community, while helping embed a consistent,
whole-school approach with measurable impact.
This role combines direct work with pupils, coaching and
modelling for staff, and contributing to the wider pastoral and safeguarding
systems within the school.
We're looking for a passionate and proactive professional to
help create a calm, supportive environment where pupils can thrive. You'll work
closely with staff to embed effective regulation strategies, deliver targeted
pupil support, and provide guidance during challenging situations to ensure
positive outcomes.
Working collaboratively with leaders and pastoral teams,
you'll help identify needs, monitor the impact of interventions, contribute to
safeguarding discussions, and support staff development through coaching and
training. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference to
both pupils and colleagues across the school.
