We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Officer to support
the operation of HR services across Ormiston Queensmill Academy and Ormiston
Kensington Queensmill Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a
supportive, inclusive, and high-performing team, working in a diverse
environment that prioritises the wellbeing and success of both students and
staff.
As HR Officer, you will be a key member of the People and
Culture team, responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service. Your role
will be critical in supporting employee relations, HR processes, and the
successful implementation of our People Strategy. You’ll contribute to our
positive culture, ensuring the Academy is a great place to work, grow, and
develop.
