Your duties may include:-

General caretaking tasks such as minor maintenance, cleaning and setting up spaces for events
Building security including opening and locking up premises
Ground keeping and ensuring outdoor areas remain tidy and safe
Assisting the Estates Team with ad hoc tasks as required

Reliable and trustworthy individuals with a hands-on, can-do attitude
Basic practical skills in maintenance, cleaning and general caretaking
A willingness to be flexible when required
Enthusiasm for working within a diverse team and supporting a community resource
