School Site Manager

(Special School)

Salary: Grade 8 (£31,364-£35,745)

Full time 37 hours per week, whole year

The school would prefer a candidate that is willing to undertake spilt shifts during term time 06.30-10.30 / 14.30-18.00 or work from 10am -6pm to facilitate school lock up.


Shenstone Lodge School in Shenstone, near Lichfield are seeking to appoint a friendly, approachable and enthusiastic Site Manager to deliver an inviting, tidy, safe, well ordered, outstanding school environment and to lead our Site Team.


The successful applicant would ideally have experience of successfully managing a school site with a mix of building stock and extensive grounds (including a swimming pool (specific training can be provided)). You will be solution focused, a willing and skilled handy person, have a flexible and supportive approach to supporting school staff as required and be aware of school’s statutory maintenance and compliance schedules,

 

You will line manage 3 cleaning staff and be open to support apprentices.

 

Shenstone Lodge School educates and supports primary age students who can exhibit behaviours that challenge. As a result, you will need to have a tolerant and calm manner.
