Salary: Scale 3 Pt4-5 FTE £22,140-£22,526, pro rata £15,421.38 - £15,690.25
Start date: September 2024
Hours: 31.25 hrs term time + insets (37.7 working weeks)
Waltham Holy Cross Primary Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our Academy. Ideal candidates would be an effective role model that sets high expectations and motivates the pupils to achieve. Applicants must be enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Learning Support Assistants (LSA) would work alongside, and individually from class teachers.
Essential requirements:

At least
a C in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
·
A
minimum of Level 2 qualification (currently working towards Level 3 desirable)
·
Ability
to use ICT and learn new skills
·
Working
in partnership with specialist teacher to support pupils needs

Waltham Holy Cross Primary Academy offer a unique chance to be part of a friendly and supportive team.
