About this Role
Are you a skilled HLTA, ready to make a difference and help our children thrive? We are looking for an experienced HLTA to work with the support of the SENCo to provide excellent teaching and learning support for the educational and personal needs of our pupils. You will deliver engaging small group and individual sessions with pupils with additional needs.
Ideally you will have proven experience of working within a similar enhanced provision, supporting the learning of pupils and ensuring that their own individual needs are met. You will be skilled in adapting resources for diverse learners and must be able to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
You should have a recognised HLTA qualification, or the equivalent experience and a willingness to study. You will need the ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate high standards of personal and professional conduct.
