We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish
the opportunity to:
- Work with accuracy and efficiency in registering our
students in a fast-paced environment to ensure that all students are
safeguarded
- Follow the school’s ‘First Day Contact’ policy and
represent the school as the point of contact for all absences, speaking with
parents/carers
- Maintain accurate systems and reports (Using Arbor
systems)
- Assist in improving student attendance and support
engagement into education
- Assist the Family Liaison Officer with home visits as
designated by the Senior Leadership Team
- Liaise with colleagues and support child protection, with
regular update training where required
You are likely to be someone who:
- Can engage with students and their families to build a
strong, trusting and reliable link to the school, upholding policies and
promoting student welfare
- Can create professional letters to parents/carers seeking
explanations to unauthorised absences and follow up in a timely manner
- Works well on own initiative and thrives within a small
and supportive team
- Remains calm and professional at all times
- Is punctual, reliable and enjoys a busy and energetic
workplace
