About this Role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of shaping an exceptional comprehensive school in the early stages of its journey. As a member of The Swan School's team, you will help to build the foundations of an outstanding secondary school from the ground up.

We are looking for an Accelerated Learning Champion to work under the direction of the SENCO and/or teacher responsible for Accelerated Learning.  You will work closely with other members of the SEND team to assist in the education and emotional development of our students, including those with special educational needs.  As a member of the wider school team you will help provide a supportive learning environment and provide targeted support for pupils with SEN, adapting activities and resources as directed to meet individual needs.

See the attached Job Pack for full job description & person specification.

This role is term-time, plus INSET days.
