About this Role

Chef - 35 hours per week (6am - 1.15pm / 6.45am - 2pm), Term Time Plus 3 days

Grace College's kitchen is at the heart of daily school life, with our catering team producing hundreds of healthy, nutritious meals for students, staff and visitors every day, and catering for special events within the academic year.  

We now have the opportunity to recruit a new member of staff to our catering team to help us deliver an even better service to the students and staff.

We are looking for a team member who:

  • has willingness to serve and work as part of a team;
  • is customer focused;
  • is able to keep calm under pressure;
  • has excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as positive attitude;
  • is able to work unsupervised and prioritise workload;
  • has experience of working in a kitchen;
  • has a positive, flexible "can do" attitude and enthusiastic approach.

We have high expectations for our students as they grow and develop and all our staff provide important role models to them in terms of positive attitude, work ethic and diligence.
