Class Teacher - Maternity Cover
Salary: MPS
Fixed Term Contract
(Start
of Spring Term 2, February 2025 to end of Spring Term 1, February 2026)
Tudor Grange Primary Academy - Meon Vale is a growing school serving its local and wider community in a new housing development. Over time, the school will grow to a two-form entry setting. We currently have one class in each year from Nursery to Year 5. In September 2024, we had our first two-form entry admissions into our reception classes.
We are looking to appoint a teacher with experience of
teaching in Key Stage One to cover maternity leave for our Year 1 class. The individual will need to be aligned with
our school core values, culture and ethos. You will have opportunities to grow professionally and develop teaching
and wider professional skills through support from within the school team and
through access to expertise from Trust Leads.
We are very pleased with our first graded Ofsted
inspection which took place in February 2024. The report identifies the many
strengths of the school as seen in this extract from the report:
“The school lives by its values
of kindness and compassion, responsibility and respect. Pupils show this
respect towards one another and adults, including those different from
themselves. Pupils are interested in their work and behave well in lessons. They
play happily at social times, and the school is a calm and orderly place.
Pupils’ attendance is good.”
Applications are invited from experienced teachers
with the passion, commitment, and ability to be an outstanding practitioner,
enabling all children to succeed.
Visits to the school are welcomed, to arrange a visit,
please contact Claire Halford via email at office@meonvale.tgacademy.org.uk or by telephoning 01789
