Nestled within the brand new Boorley Park
housing estate on the edge of Botley and Hedge End, Boorley Park Primary School
is seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to drive consistency in
teaching and learning across a growing school.
We are part of the Wildern Academy Trust which
comprises of Wildern School, Deer Park Secondary School and Boorley Park
Primary School.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to
lead the development and implementation of the school’s curriculum in line with
its new vision and values to inspire minds, nurture futures and strengthen

challenges whilst becoming resilient learners.
Working alongside the current Assistant
Headteacher and SENDCo, you will embed a rich environment of diversity and
inclusion ensuring that all children respect and understand different cultures
and backgrounds.
Main Purpose:
The newly appointed Assistant Headteacher will
support the headteacher and senior leadership team in:
The Assistant Headteacher will be non-class
based but be required to cover classes when absences occur. They must comply
with the Teachers’ Standards and model best practice. The successful candidate
may also be required to undertake any of the duties delegated by the
Headteacher.
