and has seen rapid growth and now has over 1000 students. We moved into a brand-new

and post 16 results.
The new deputy headteacher will lead behaviour and culture in a dynamic

ensure young people lead successful lives. We believe in the importance of maintaining impeccable behaviour
where teachers can teach and students can focus on learning, free from
distractions. We explicitly teach behaviour and routines to maintain a culture
of high expectations through a warm/strict approach.

fully inclusive and caters for the diverse needs of its students. We have
appointed highly motivated, dynamic support staff, teachers and leaders who
deliver exciting learning every lesson, every day, so that all our students
reach their full potential and secure first-class destinations.
