About Stone Lodge School
Stone Lodge first opened in September 2019 with just four forms in Year 7, it has since expanded to an eight-form entry school, growing exponentially with each academic year and we are delighted to report that all feedback has been extremely positive across the board, from The Department for Education, our Governors and Trustees and of course, current parents, carers and students. We are heavily oversubscribed with almost a thousand students now, spanning Y7 to 11 and a sixth form.
In April 2022 we moved into our brand new £35 million school building, offering our students exceptional facilities. But a great education is not about the buildings. It is the daily lived experience of our community. We ensure that every member of our staff is supported through coaching and teacher development based very precisely on proven evidence from around the world, and systems and structures that ensure excellent learning habits and behaviour.
Our team of support staff underpin every function in the school, and I am very proud of their spirit, honesty and commitment that have become embedded in our culture as we all work together in this fantastic profession.
At Stone Lodge School we share a core belief that emotional well-being and academic attainment go hand in hand. Our vision is clear: We want all our students to graduate from Stone Lodge School with the capacity to make significant changes for the better within their local, national, and global community.
I am incredibly honoured to be the Head Teacher of Stone Lodge and to be part of Endeavour MAT and its family of exceptional schools. Stone Lodge School is fully inclusive and caters for the diverse needs of its students. We have appointed highly motivated, dynamic support staff, teachers and leaders who deliver exciting learning every lesson, every day, so that all our students reach their full potential and secure first-class destinations.
