We are looking to appoint a full-time class teacher to join our school from September 2026.

The successful candidate will:

•         Be confident to work with junior age children.

•         Be able to confidently communicate clearly with parents, carers and colleagues

Wheatfields is a successful three form entry Junior School, with a clear and ambitious vision for continuous improvement. Our children are delightful, enthusiastic learners who are a pleasure to teach and our parents and carers are highly supportive of the school. The school is part of Ambition Education Trust and works in partnership with 4 other primary stage schools and 5 secondary schools, sharing best practice for all of our pupils.

The post is for a fixed term of one year in the first instance.

Salary: MPS 1 – 6 depending on experience
