We seek to appoint a Site Supervisor (L1) for 16 Hours per week , working all year round  to join the team at George Pindar School. This position is offered on a permanent basis, Monday to Friday; four shifts of 3 hours and one shift of 4 hours. 

George Pindar School is an 11-16 secondary situated in Scarborough. We are a community school where our colleagues are #proudtobepindar and we are looking positively to the future. This role is to provide high quality effective caretaking service,  to ensure a secure, safe and hygienic environment for all building users with particular responsibility for the  supervision of  cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness within the school. The Site Supervisor and Cleaning Team as a whole are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and buildings throughout the school. The postholder  is required to work with tools, cleaning equipment and products which contain chemicals, but the necessary protective clothing will be provided. The post holder will also required to work outdoors in all weathers to ensure the school premises is safe.

Hours of Work: 16 Hours per Week, 3pm-6pm Monday - Friday with a further hour to be worked by negotiation.
