About this Role

*Join our team as a Teaching Assistant*

Working hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant to join our support staff team working across all key stages of the school to ensure our children receive the best education that we can offer. You will need to be self-directing, highly motivated and above all, keen to learn and willing to engage in CPD, in order to have maximum impact on the lives of our children.

You will work under the guidance of the Inclusion Manager and Class Teachers to enable all children to have full access to educational opportunities and help them to overcome barriers to learning.

Everyone in our school works together to provide valuable and memorable learning experiences for our children. and to ensure that each child is given the best possible chance to flourish. We believe that children learn from and with each other and we therefore take every opportunity to encourage children to collaborate in their learning.

Rosherville is currently a smaller than average primary school .  But the school will however be expanding and moving to a new local site in the near future and it is therefore likely that there will be further job opportunities at this time.

Please download a vacancy pack below and apply via My New Term. Visits to the school are encouraged.  Please contact the School Office to arrange a visit.

Aletheia Academies Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers, governors and Trustees to share this commitment. All successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check along with other relevant employment checks, including overseas criminal background checks where applicable. Our policy statement on the recruitment of ex-offenders can be found on our website. All new employees, volunteers, governors and Trustees will be required to undertake safeguarding training on induction which will be regularly updates in line with statutory guidance.
