Pay rates (all rates include holiday pay)

Age 21+          £14.49 per hour

Age 18 – 20    £12.37 per hour

Age 16 – 17    £9.12 per hour   

Ridgeway Academy is part of the Ambition Education Trust (AET). The Ambition Education Trust (AET) consists of ten schools in Hertfordshire; three primary, one nursery and infants’, one junior and five secondary. Our Trust launched in September 2024 following the amalgamation of two established Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), Alban Academies Trust and Atlas Multi Academy Trust. We require a dynamic and customer focused Leisure Assistant for our Sports Centre.

The ideal candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and co-operatively with a wide range of staff. You will report to the Sports Centre Manager.
