To help us with this, we are looking to appoint a new Head of School at Margaretting Church of England Primary School.

You will:

·         Share our commitment to building great learning communities for our pupils

·         Have a commitment to supporting the Christian distinctiveness of a Church school in

·         line with Diocese guidance and the Church of England vision for education

·         Inspire pupils with a passion for learning

·         Understand specific learning needs/styles to differentiate support to pupils

·         Be able to plan effectively to enable multi-tasking

·         Have a desire to help all pupils succeed

·         Demonstrate compassion towards the needs of the pupils

·         Be able to exchange verbal information clearly and sensitively with pupils and adults

·         Be able to work with a range of colleagues

·         Work collaboratively across the school
