Job Title: Senior Cleaner

Salary Grade: NCP Payscale SCP 4-5, actual current salary £11,699 to £11,884
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm - ALL YEAR ROUND

Contract: Permanent

Start Date: September 2026

The Governors of Rosehill Methodist Academy are seeking to appoint a reliable, hardworking and trustworthy individual to join our friendly and supportive school as a Senior Cleaner. The successful candidate will have attention to detail, be able to work on their own initiative and take pride in their work. The appointed candidate may also hold additional responsibility for locking up the premises at the end of each day. 

We are looking for an excellent cleaner who:

·       Ensure all designated areas of the school are cleaned to a high standard, including classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas.

·       Use appropriate cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively.

·       Report any maintenance or safety issues to the site supervisor.

·       Secure the building at the end of the shift, including checking windows, doors, and setting alarms.
