About this Role

St Anne's have an opportunity to join our supportive team as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, playing a vital role in supporting our students on their journey to success.

In this fixed term post, you will be responsible for:

Working with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Provide tailored support for individual students, creating a positive and inclusive classroom
Promoting pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion

Enthusiasm for working with children and helping them achieve their best.
A proactive, adaptable approach to supporting both staff and students.
A willingness to embrace and promote our Catholic ethos (you don’t need to be Catholic but must respect our values).
