We are seeking for a knowledgeable and passionate mechanic with a strong background in the automotive or mechanical field, who also has a genuine interest in supporting and developing children with SEMH needs. The ideal candidate will not only be skilled in their trade but also capable of managing a classroom environment, providing mentorship, support and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Previous experience in an educational setting would be an advantage.
This post is for full time 32.50 hrs, all year round contract, on Unqualified or Qualified Teacher Pay scale.

Swindon, providing education for secondary-aged children with social, emotional
and mental health needs. We have small class sizes, of between 4-8 students –
very different to a mainstream school – but our students are worth it – and we
are committed to helping each of our students reach their full potential.
