At Penny Field School, our aim is simple: to provide the best possible care and education for children and young people with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) needs from across the city of Leeds.

Choose Your Path of Impact
Teaching Assistant: Provide everyday classroom support and help guide learning activities. You’ll build strong, trusted relationships with our pupils, helping deliver high quality teaching and learning within a creative, bespoke curriculum that makes education accessible, fun, and engaging for everyone.
Educare / Intervener Team: Look after both the holistic care needs and the physical comfort of our pupils during the school day. Working with clear guidance and full training, you’ll assist with daily health routines, personal care, and sensory support, making sure our students are safe, comfortable, and ready to enjoy their time at school.
We would also love to hear from people interested in joining our catering, cleaning, and estates teams who want to help keep our school running smoothly and looking great.
