We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Assistant (32 hrs per week, term time only plus 3 additional training days) to join our support team at Holderness Academy & Sixth Form College. About the Role
The Inclusion Assistant will work closely with the Inclusion Manager and other key members of staff to contribute to effective provision for learners with additional needs. You will contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive ethos and support and contribute to the work of the pastoral team.

About You
You will have experience of working with young people and the ability to establish good professional relationships with students, their families and colleagues. You will also have an understanding of safeguarding and child protection along with a commitment to helping young people achieve their potential.
Candidates should be educated to GCSE A-C (or equivalent) in both English and Maths, be organised, reliable and resilient, and be committed to their own learning. For more information, please view the attached job description.
