We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic teacher of Mathematics to join our Maths Department at Holderness Academy. With potential for a Progress Leader/Head of Year TLR for the right candidate!

As a teacher of Maths, the appointed person will consistently deliver high-quality learning opportunities to young people, ensuring aspirational standards of behaviour, engagement and achievement are evident at all times, while contributing to the calm environment of the Academy.
Classroom teachers must ensure they work within the policies and procedures as laid out by the Trust and provide a good role model for young people, both in and out of the school environment. All teaching staff are expected to meet the national core standards for professionals at all times.
About You
You will have good Maths subject knowledge along with a record of successful professional practice and be able to plan and deliver high quality teaching in a relevant specialist area. You will also have experience of working with children and young people, an awareness of, and commitment to, safeguarding practices and behaviour management strategies.
