·        TA 27.5 hours Term Time + 1 week – (£12.18 per hour), MSA 5 hours Term Time only – (£11.59 per hour)

St Germans Academy is a small, rural school which works alongside Wimbotsham Academy and Magdalen Academy under the leadership of joint heads of school. We have a well-established proactive staff team that are committed to the education of the whole child.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and dynamic teaching assistant to work in our small village school. Your role will be to support pupils' learning and play a key role in their development; working closely with the class teacher to implement interventions and targeted group work. Your role will also include lunchtime duties to support playtimes; setting up games with children and promoting healthy eating.

You will be someone who:

·        Is passionate about working with children.

·        Has experience of working with KS2.

·        Has experience of working with children with SEND.

·        Is creative and can think on their feet.

·        Has excellent numeracy/ literacy skills.

·        Works well as part of a team.

·        Has a clear understanding of safeguarding and keeping children safe in education.
