About this Role
We are seeking to appoint a Cleaner to work flexibly whenever needed. The successful candidate will be part of the cleaning team. You will monitor and provide a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the school, have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. The post will be available to start as soon as possible . We reserve the right to close this application if a suitable candidate is appointed.
The main duties will include:
- All cleaning and daily maintenance of allocated areas to specified standards and schedule. Areas to include classrooms, general communal areas and toilets.
- Safe operation, storage and use of domestic and industrial cleaning materials and equipment.
- Following Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH, as well as reporting hazards to the line manager immediately.
- We are committed to the safeguarding of the children in our care and all applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check
