This is an exciting opportunity, Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Dynamic and Inspiring Head of School to Join our team.
Bradford Primary School is a small village school comprising of two classes and a Nursery. The school is looking for a Head of School to lead the school by example through excellent teaching and strategic direction.
Our Trust comprises of 19 schools, 3 Colleges, 15 Primaries, and one All Through SEMH Special school. Established in 2018. We are situated in beautiful Devon on the out the outskirts of the stunning Dartmoor National Park. The schools vary in size and are all unique. Our schools are a large part of their local communities, and we value those relationships with families and locals.

Summary of Role:
This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership,
including professional leadership, and pedagogical practice.
The post holder will be responsible for creating a culture of continuous improvement and be an inspirational leader, committed to the highest achievement for all areas of the schools’ work. They will work in partnership with each of the principals across the Trust, to ensure effective development of leadership across the Trust.
The role will require travel to Trust educational settings and offices.

Training Details:
Location: Okehampton College Skills Centre, Okehampton, EX20 1PW
Purpose: To provide comprehensive
training on company policies, procedures, and systems necessary for successful
integration into the role.
Training Schedule: Daily
sessions from 9am to 4pm, with breaks provided.
