About this Role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to join our outstanding English department. The successful candidate will join an innovative, forward-thinking team of teachers, who are passionate about engaging and inspiring young people in their learning and committed to raising standards of attainment across the whole ability range. An essential part of this post will be the ability to teach English Literature and Language at Key Stage 3 & 4. Key Stage 5 teaching could be available for suitably qualified candidates. Applications are invited from both newly qualified and experienced professionals.

Edgbarrow is located in the village of Crowthorne, Berkshire which is located approximately 3 miles from Wokingham and Camberley and 12 miles from Reading. It enjoys excellent links to surrounding villages, towns and cities via the M3, M4, A329M and local rail networks. It is a thriving, vibrant and high-achieving secondary school where students are polite, happy, well behaved and motivated. The most recent Ofsted result is Outstanding.
