Welcome to Edgbarrow School, and thank you for taking the time to look around our website. I hope it gives you a flavour of our dynamic learning environment and inclusive community.

Edgbarrow School is located in the village of Crowthorne, Berkshire. We are a larger-than-average secondary school with approximately 1530 students on roll, including 420 students in our Sixth Form. We celebrate students from a range of backgrounds and are particularly proud of the work we do to welcome students with additional needs.
We are very fortunate to have a stable, professional and highly committed group of teachers and support staff who work together to ensure that each student receives the best educational experience. Visitors, including parents, contractors and outside agencies, frequently comment on the positive atmosphere that pervades the school, from a warm welcome at our reception that continues to be felt around the site. We are very proud of our students' attitude towards their school, learning and the way they behave. Our students are excellent ambassadors for our school, and we often receive compliments regarding the manner in which they conduct themselves.
We deliver some fantastic qualifications to the students through a curriculum that is relevant to our local context, offering breadth and balance. The quality of learning is obviously key to our success, and this can only happen with an effective partnership between students, teachers and families.
