St. Peter's CE Primary Academy are
seeking a Admin Officer who is highly motivated to join our office team. The
successful candidate will be a key member of the school team; meeting new
challenges and supporting the senior leadership team with pupil information
management, parental communications, attendance and admissions. The role
is based in the main office, where children are at the heart of our community
and the center of all of our decision making.
The role will involve a 19.5 hour per week contract, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:15am to 3:15pm term time only.
St. Peter's opened in September 2018 and we have grown in size to a school of over 300 children (across 11 classes) in just under five years. As we continue to expand and reach our final milestone target of 420 pupils, we are looking to enhance our support team with an admin officer who has the capability and nouse to help us deliver on this target.
You will need to have:
Minimum of 5 GCSE's (A*-C Grade) or equivalent office experience/vocational qualifications.
Efficient and effective administrative skills.
Competence in use of IT systems
High level of spoken and written English
Customer care
Relevant experience of office work including databases and analysis of data.
Working to deadlines
